Fail to deliver. Calling the reception from the room on few occasions will not get you anywhere unless you walk to their front desk sharing with them that the calls is not answered . Apologies ahoy from the receptionist ., A request for their bellhop to collect the luggage’s comes to naught as no one arrive at the requested time .
Suggest Future potential Guest do not consider to stay here unless you want disappointment.
Go anywhere as we will Never stay or recommend this Hotel to anyone.

In general much better than Sheraton beach resort. Nevertheless not fully clean room, no furniture on balcony, very dirty lift and public floors and a terrible dirty stairway

It was ok ? Need to improve on service . Elevators always broken . When booked , a room with two queen beds on line they give you a different room saying that room is not available.
